Yes, like all carriers, we use the larger of the two to calculate the cost of shipping – dimensional weight or regular physical weight. This is the formula all transporters and courier services use for dimensional weight in kg per package = Length x Height x Width in cm / 6000. Shipping Station will remove overly large boxes which add unnecessary cost to international shipments and repack Customer’s goods, adding packaging material for the product’s safe delivery if needed. No size reduction shall occur at the expense of removing insulation and safety materials placed within the package and required to safely transport the product.

You can always check the status of your parcel in your personal account, in the "Order History" section. Just click on the "Check Status" button under your order number. You will see the current location of your parcel and the estimated arrival date.

Before ordering your purchases shipped from the United States, please check in advance if you will be charged any import duties and/or taxes (VAT) by your local customs office. Each country has its own duty and tax laws and import requirements. Your country’s customs agency will determine if you have to pay any duties or taxes. We offer 30 days of free storage. After this period, $1 per day will be charged for storage.

Your package is insured against loss or damage during transit. You can choose or refuse insurance when placing your order.

To avoid delays in the customs clearance process, enter and describe each item on the customs declaration. Customs authorities require complete and accurate descriptions of goods. Each item in the package must be listed separately with its own description.

We handle both international and domestic US shipping.

We accept bank cards opened only in American banks.

We will issue all documents for customs if you have added all the necessary information about the product according to the instructions in our portal. You don’t need to do anything extra. If the value of your item exceeds the tax-exempt value in the country of delivery, you will be required to pay the tax upon receipt of an invoice from customs.

If customs requires an additional invoice from the store for your goods, it must be provided immediately. Sometimes the customs will delay only to check the contents of the parcel and its compliance with the description in the declaration and will release the parcel without additional requirements.
